- Click on “Register Family” (परिवार को पंजीकृत करें).
- Enter your Aadhaar card number and complete e-KYC through OTP verification. Ensure your Aadhaar card is linked to a mobile number.
- After entering Aadhaar information, type your first name and surname in Hindi.
- Fill in your date of birth, gender, email ID, religion, marital status, caste, mobile number, and complete address.
- Enter the captcha code and click “Next”.
- You’ll receive confirmation that the head member has been successfully added. Click on “Register” and you’ll receive a Request ID.
- Note down this Request ID.
- Click on “Search Request for Change by Request ID” and enter your Request ID. You’ll be able to view your complete details, but you won’t receive your Samagra ID number yet.
- Your Samagra ID number will be issued once your request is approved by the municipal corporation or gram panchayat. It will be sent to your mobile number or WhatsApp.
- After receiving your Samagra ID number, go to the homepage and click on “Register Member” (सदस्य पंजीकृत करें). Here, you can add other family members by entering their Aadhaar card or other document details.
