    • Born on or after 02.07.1964.
    • Born on or before 01.07.2003.

  • Income tax payees.
  • Women employed as regular or contractual staff with the State or Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Boards, Local Bodies, or Government organizations.
  • Retirees receiving pensions from such employment. (Exceptions: Workers receiving honorariums, such as ASHA, Anganwadi Workers, etc., are eligible.)

Vehicle Ownership:

  • Owners of 4-wheeler motor vehicles, except for tractors, mini-trucks, and light commercial goods vehicles.

Land Ownership:

  • Families owning more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
